 Children are an important part of the Body of Christ. Indeed, our congregation promises at the Baptism of each child to support the family in the spiritual nurture of the child.
Parents may choose to have their child with them during the Worship Service or, in the case of very young children, may choose to utilize the Infant Nursery (birth to 18 months of age), the Toddler Room (18 months to 3 years of age), or Extended Session (for 3 & 4 Year Olds).
Children's Church & Godly Play
Children's Church is offered during both Sunday Worship Services for children in Kindergarten through Second Grade. Children may leave the sanctuary following the Children's Sermon to attend Children's Church.
We use Godly Play during Children's Church and as a supplement to other cirriculum. Godly Play is a community of children wherein they may hear and see the sacred stories of scripture, explore the meaning of our faith traditions and discover spirituality.
